Terms and Conditions
General Policy
By enrolling in a course with Shifa Heart Medic Training Center, you agree to follow our training policies and procedures. These ensure a high-quality learning experience and a smooth certification process.
Who Can Enroll?
BLS Basic Life Support: Open to all healthcare professionals, including first responders.
ACLS Advanced Cardiac Life Support: Designed for medical professionals such as nurses, medical interns, doctors, and EMTs who require advanced life support skills.
CPD Units
Our courses no longer come with automatic CPD units. However, we provide certificates of completion and program details, which can be submitted to PRC for self-directed CPD accreditation.
What to Wear & What’s Provided
Wear comfortable clothing and closed shoes (ladies should opt for modest necklines). Snacks and coffee will be provided, but students should arrange their own meals.
Ebooks & Study Materials
AHA ebooks are a required part of the training.Once enrollment is confirmed, students will receive an email with an access code and download instructions.Ebooks can be used on PCs, Macs, iOS, and Android devices.The AHA permits an open-book policy during exams, but renewal students must have their own ebooks.

No ebook-related concerns will be addressed on the training day.
Certification & Validity
Shifa Heart Medic Training Center is an official AHA-authorized training provider.Students who pass the course will receive an AHA certification and ID, valid for two (2) years.
Exam & Passing Criteria
To receive certification, students must:Score at least 84% on the written exam ( ≥21/25 for BLS, ≥42/50 for ACLS/PALS).
Successfully complete the practical skills assessment Certificates and AHA IDs are issued for those who pass in thier registered email within 24-48 hours.
If You Fail the Exam
Students who fail either the written or practical exam will forfeit their payment. To retake the course, they must re-enroll and pay the full course fee again.
Rescheduling, Cancellations & No-Shows
All bookings are final – rescheduling is not allowed. If a student cancels, reschedules, or does not attend, their payment will not be refunded. If we must cancel a class due to uncontrollable circumstances (e.g., low enrollment, emergencies, or natural disasters), students may:Reschedule for a later date, OR Request a full refund (minus ebook costs).
Accuracy of Registration Details
Students are responsible for ensuring their personal details in the registration form are correct. Any issues caused by incorrect information will be their responsibility.
Precourse Certificate Requirement (For ACLS/PALS Students Only)
Before attending ACLS or PALS, students must present a Precourse Certificate on training day. This certificate is obtained by completing the Precourse Self-Assessment & Precourse Work (International Version English - IVE). A Precourse Evaluation Score is NOT the same as the Precourse Certificate. Without a Precourse Certificate, students will not be allowed to take the course, and payments will be forfeited.
Photos, Videos & Copyright Policy
To protect AHA copyrights, students are strictly prohibited from taking photos or videos during the training session. However, students are encouraged to share official Shifa Heart Medic Training Center photos on social media to document their experience. Photos and videos may be taken by Shifa Heart Medic Staff during the training for documentation and promotional purposes. Students who do not want to be featured must inform us before class begins.
Academic Integrity & Cheating Policy
Students may use their ebooks during exams, but any form of cheating is strictly prohibited.
This includes (but is not limited to):
❌ Using messaging apps, search engines, or notes.
❌ Taking photos of the exam or copying from another student. If caught cheating,
the student will:
❌ Immediately fail the course.
❌ Be banned from future training at Shifa Heart Medic Training Center.
❌ Forfeit all payments made.
